From bale to cone on brand new machines
Our spinning line runs from a Rieter blowroom through Saurer carding and drawing to Autocoro and Titan rotor spinning, giving us control over evenness, strength and consistency at every stage.
Blow Room
RieterCotton bales are opened, cleaned and blended in our Rieter blowroom line. Trash and impurities are removed early, giving the cards an even, well-mixed fibre feed.
JSC 328 Card
Saurer (Jintan)The card separates and aligns individual fibres, removes remaining impurities and forms the card sliver. Long- and short-term autolevelling keeps sliver weight even.
D35 Draw Frame
Drawing machineSeveral card slivers are combined and drafted into one, improving evenness and blend uniformity before the sliver goes to spinning.
Snow-White Bleached Sliver
Under Autocoro & TitanBleached white sliver is fed directly to our Autocoro and Titan rotor spinning lines for our pure white yarn range.
Autocoro ACO-9
Saurer SchlafhorstFully automatic rotor spinning with individual spinning position technology. Each position spins, winds and pieces independently for high productivity and consistent yarn.
Titan K-80
